Our Frames:

All the frames once stripped get blasted ready for powder coat. Before coating, the headstock angle is altered and the footrest positions are changed to suit a more trials focussed geometry. If there are any repairs needed these are carried out at this point to make sure the frame once complete is a strong as the day it was manufactured.

The frame and swingarm are then sent for powder coat. Powder coating allows almost any colour or combination you want but the standard for us is either, red, white, silver or black. Colour options are entirely the end users choice but, having built a lot of these bikes, we generally know what works together.

All of the engine and frame fixings and spindles are cleaned, degreased and removed of rust before being sent for re-plating in either zinc or gold passivate. These come back to us looking as good as possible and as they are replated will not corroded at the first sight of water.
